Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed the handsink not working. Person in Charge reported this was the first time the mobile unit has been out this year and the problem was found just today. A 5-gallon gravity fed, lever style spigot was set up for substitute use for the night. Person in Charge stated the hand sink will be repaired right away.
