Employees are taking dishes to the upstairs dishwashing machine to be washed and sanitized. Reach-in cooler on the prep line stopped functioning correctly today according PIC. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of good repair. Establishment has ordered a completely new dishwashing machine. EHS returning on later date to observe status of downstairs dishwashing machine and see that it has been repaired.
