Please have employees focus more on corners. 4-602.11; Core; Ice machine is starting to get residue buildup inside of it.- In equipment such as ice bins; they shall be cleaned at the frequency to preclude accumulation of soils and mold.- Please clean ice machine and do so more frequently.
