Food employees shall wash hands immediately before engaging in food prep or working with clean utensils and: (A) After touching bare human body parts other than clean hands and clean; exposed portions of arms; (B) After using the toilet room; (C) After caring for or handling SERVICE ANIMALS or aquatic animals; (D) Except after drinking from a closed beverage container in a manner that prevents contamination; after coughing; sneezing; using a handkerchief or disposable tissue; using tobacco; eating; or drinking; (E) After handling soiled EQUIPMENT or UTENSILS; (F) During FOOD preparation; as often as necessary to remove soil and contamination and to prevent cross contamination when changing tasks; (G) When switching between working with raw FOOD and working with READY-TO-EAT FOOD; (H) Before donning gloves for working with FOOD; and (I) After engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands. CDI- education given and employee changed their gloves and washed their hands.

Clean the equipment and utensils used with nonTCS foods as required to avoid contamination. 4-501.114; Priority; The dish machine is not currently being maintained or used. The facility uses multi-use plates; cups; bowls; and utensils. Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. CDI- education given on the need for using a dish machine with multi-use utensils. If we receive complaints or notice violations related to cleanliness the dish machine will be required to be properly maintained and used.

    Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-501.19(B) (1); Priority; Butter; ghee; and yogurt mixture were observed sitting on the countertop without a timestamp indicating once removed from temperature control. Follow written procedures for foods held using Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC) for 4 hours. Food shall have an initial temperature of 41 F when removed from cold holding temperature control or 135 F or greater when removed from hot holding temperature control. CDI- education given and PIC added the accurate times for food once removed from temperature control.
