Upon inspection; sodium hypochlorite bucket was observed full but chlorine solution was not flowing into the machine. Machine was not in use during inspection. A chlorine solution shall have a sanitizing concentration of at least 25 - 50ppm. CDI- manager to contact Ecolab for service. You may wash equipment in the machine and sanitize in the third compartment of the sink. Ensure this machine is checked daily.
