Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): 7-204.11 ; Priority; Sanitizer spray bottle observed with a concentration of 0ppm chlorine when tested. Chemical sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials shall meet the requirements for active and inert ingredients for use in antimicrobial formulations (food-contact surface sanitizing solutions). Chlorine sanitizer shall measure between 50-200ppm. CDI- Contents of spray bottle were dumped out. Fresh chlorine solution was made and tested within range. - Hallazgo Señales de roedores o insectos
El inspector encontró ratones, ratas, cucarachas, moscas o rastros de ellos (como excrementos) dentro del negocio, o condiciones que podrían atraerlos. Las plagas pueden propagar bacterias a los alimentos y superficies, por eso se considera uno de los hallazgos más graves.

If the windows or doors of a food establishment are kept open for ventilation or other purposes; the openings shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: 16 mesh to 25.4 mm (16 mesh to 1 inch) screens; Properly designed and installed air curtains to control flying insects; or Other effective means. Add magnetic mesh curtain or keep doors closed.
