After priming; the sanitizer ran through the unit; but then stopped. Employee worked with the machine and reports it is sanitizing currently. Monitor dish machine. Alert system/box on the top of the dish machine indicated also that it was not sanitizing.

Raw Chicken has paper turning black above it; adhering to the refrigerator. Slime is accumulating; especially above the cheeses and ready-to-eat foods on the right side. Maintain refrigerated drawer unit clean and free of build-up. Increased cleaning is needed.
