    Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-501.16 (A) (2) and (B) Time / Temperature Control for Safety Food (TCS); Hot and Cold Holding (P) Milk in the reach in cooler was holding 44-51F. TCS foods must be cold held at 41F or below. CDI-Milk container that was 51F was almost empty; and was voluntarily discarded. Milk containers were overfilled in the cooler; causing door to not close properly and temperatures to rise. Milk containers were rearranged; and a few were removed to allow door to close.

CDI-Sanitizer was diluted to 200ppm. 7-102.11 Common Name - Working Containers (Pf); A spray bottle labeled as sanitizer actually contained degreaser. Chemicals in working containers must have a label with the common name of the material. CDI-Bottle was relabeled.
