CDI: Eggs; cabbage; chicken; and beef were moved to walk-in cooler and auxiliary prep cooler to cool (prepared within four hours prior to inspection). Tofu was voluntarily discarded. PIC stated that technician will arrive to repair unit in the afternoon Facility PIC will use time as a public health control on food items normally stored in cooler during lunch service until the unit is repaired.
