CDI; Staff were educated about glove usage and changing gloves between raw/ready to eat; handling different production tasks and when gloves are generally soiled while performing the same task. Gloves were changed as required during inspection after corrective action provided. 3-304.15 (A) Gloves; Use Limitation (P) Discard gloves after a task is complete or any time they are damaged or soiled. -P

Observation: Drain plug is missing on refuse dumpster allowing access to dumpster receptacle from vermin. Replace drain plug on dumpster/ 5-501.114 Using Drain Plugs (C) Drains in dumpsters and waste containers shall have drain plugs in place.
