Chlorine sanitizer concentration shall be within 50-200ppm. - Observed dishwasher with chlorine less than 50ppm at the end of the cycle run. Corrected during inspection (CDI): the service tech arrived; fixed the machine; reran the cycle; and rechecked chlorine at 50 ppm.
