Cut lettuce and noodles closest to the door in the walk-in cooler were at 43F. Potentially hazardous food being held cold shall remain at 41F or below. CDI- Chicken was taken to the walk-in cooler to be cooled before a 4 hour period elapsed. Walk-in cooler temperature was lowered to where ambient air temperatures were at 37F and food in question was moved to the back of the cooler.
