Corrected during inspection (CDI); the paper towels were provided. - Observed that the only handsink in the kitchen is not functioning with a hot and cold water combination. The hot water from this handsink is 120°F; which is scalding. The person in charge (PIC) directed employees to wash their hands at the restroom sink before handling food. Discussed with PIC about the maintained handwashing sink; it needs to be accessible at all times; with a hot-and-cold combination at 100F. Verification due by 3/9/26
