Large pots of boiled corn and potatoes held outside of temperature control beside grill line (see above chart). TCS foods shall be maintained at 41F or less. CDI: Boiled potatoes and corn taken to the walk-in to immediately cool. Grill cooler adjusted down; and items removed until unit can be serviced. Please regularly check the temperatures of TCS foods to ensure they are safe. EHS provided educational materials to PIC.
