Dust observed on exterior surfaces of equipment; and food debris collecting inside reach-in units. Dust observed on hood vent system above pizza oven. Nota del inspector (en inglés): 6-501.12; Core; PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Splatter residue observed on walls near prep sinks. 6-501.11 Floors; walls; and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Sections of flooring is visibly damaged exposing concrete underneath.
