Obtain a functioning food probe thermometer within 10 days and text a picture of the operating thermometer to your REHS Joanne Rutkofske at 919-623-0459 for verification of correction. Recommend to keep a spare thermometer in office.

Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band; while preparing FOOD; FOOD EMPLOYEES may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands. REFUSE; recyclables; and returnables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. Contact trash service provider to have lid replaced; then maintain top lid of dumpster closed. 5-501.115; Core: Bag of trash and loose food debris accumulation on ground around the dumpster area; through the access room and stairs. A storage area and enclosure for REFUSE; recyclables; or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean. Contact facilities management to request increased cleaning frequency to this area.
