  Nota del inspector (en inglés): 4-302.12 Food Temperature Measuring Devices (Pf) No Thermometer is available to check food temperatures. Thermometer is needed to assure food is reheated to 165 degrees F within 2 hours and held at 135F. Food shall be delivered to the cart at 41F and colder and held in the ice chest at 41F and colder. Stem Thermometer was brought to the pushcart today to meet the requirement.
