Materials used in the construction of utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be: Durable; corrosion-resistant; and nonabsorbent; finished to have a smooth; easily cleanable surface; and sufficient in weight and thickness to withstand repeated warewashing; etc. CDI - Raw meat was removed from box and placed into a different container. Do not store foods in direct contact with cardboard.
