CDI: Container of cooked vegetables and yoghurt sauce were voluntarily discarded; due to dates of preparation prior to 01/24/2024. All other food stored within the unit will be discarded within 3 days from date of preparation. Facility manager called repair technician for servicing and agreed not to use flip top for temperature controlled for safety foods.
