- Hallazgo Problemas con el lavado de manos
El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): 5-205.11 (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use Pf.6-301.12 Provide paper towels or approved alternative for hand drying at each handsink. -Pf 6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser; Availability (Pf) - Observed 2 of the hand sinks being blocked by the white can; also 1 of the hand sinks has no paper towel; and 1 of the hand sinks is out of soap. Corrected during inspection (CDI): the white can was removed from the handsinks to open access. The soap and paper towel are provided at the handsink: first observation; no point at this time. - Hallazgo Alimentos a una temperatura insegura
Los alimentos no se mantenían lo suficientemente fríos o calientes, no se enfriaban con la rapidez necesaria, o no se cocinaban o recalentaban a la temperatura correcta. Single Service and Single Use items shall be kept in the original protective package or stored using other means that protect the item until used. - Observed tea spilled on the white caps of the bottle that will be used for take-out beverages. Also; beverage bottles found to be stored without caps should be stored with the caps; inverted or protected from contamination until used. CDI - the white caps involved were removed from public service. Discussed the storage condition of the beverage bottle with the person in charge (PIC).
