CDI- The two salsa bottles in the prep top cooler that were put out at 1030am were iced down to 41F immediately. The queso in the left walk in cooler was voluntarily discarded as it's temperature was well above 41F. The other TCS foods in the temperature chart were allowed to be moved into the working walk in cooler at ambient 36F until the left walk in cooler was repaired. The left walk in cooler was checked this morning and was at 40F. The left walk in cooler will not be used until fully repaired.
