    Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observation: Chili and mix product taken from hermetically sealed package are being placed in hot well and observed at 68F and 71F without being reheated for immediate hot holding on the steam well. Discontinue this practice of attempting to use steamwell for reheating. CDI: Products were removed/discarded voluntarily during service. New products were reheated in the microwave as SOP process requires and educated guidelines were given for using microwave for reheating durin process.
