The TCS food in the above refrigeration unit and walk-in cooler and fish on ice was iced down or put in the upright freezers. . Daryl Beasely; REHS is going to follow up to see that these walk-in cooler and refrigerators are repaired and are 41F or below. Daryl's phone number is 919-796-8767. If refrigerator's are not 41F or below on September 2nd an immediate suspension will be issued. The refrigeration repair person came and is fixing these refrigeration units during this inspection.

The refrigeration repair came and fixed the walk-in cooler. The walk-in cooler was 35F by the end of the inspection.
