Los platos, equipos o superficies que tocan los alimentos no se lavaban, enjuagaban y desinfectaban correctamente, o el desinfectante no tenía la concentración adecuada. Las superficies limpias ayudan a evitar que los gérmenes lleguen a la comida.

Pf observed the metal insert on the salad washer was accumulated with leafy green debris and stored clean. Cold air must flow around product to remove the heat. -Pf observed cut tomatoes; pico; and rolled grape leaves cooling in plastic wrap with lid on top stacked on top of each other .
