According to the PIC the power tripped sometime overnight. Provide equipment in number and capacity so that cooling; heating; and holding temperatures are achieved. CDI- **Temporary solution ONLY... Ice may be utilized to hold TCS foods during service tonight. No TCS foods shall be stored in this cooler overnight.** A follow-up visit will be made next week to ensure the cooler is holding properly.
