A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. CDI- Handwashing signs provided for posting.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-501.16(A)(2) Priority: Cold-Holding; In front service middle low cooler; half-half at 43.5F and 45.7F. In front service end low unit; cow milk at 44F; 46F; 42.5F; oat milk at 43F. Unopened cow milk all the way back in the unit at 41.5F. When asked; staff stated only the self-serve caraffe is currently using TPHC as method of safety; but they have started placing times on milks of when opened. Maintain cold Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods at 41F and less. CDI- Half-half voluntarily discarded during inspection by PIC. Items with open time noted and within 4-hours to be thrown out when reach 4-hours if any product left. Have the middle and end low units serviced and temperatures reduced to ensure able to maintain TCS foods at 41F or less. Do not use middle low cooler for TCS foods until temperature reduced. Recommend using TPHC for high use items in the end unit so they can be left out on counter in caraffe or original container for easy access (one container of each type at a time). This would reduce the amount of in/out opening of that low unit; improving cold-holding.
