- Hallazgo Problemas con el lavado de manos
El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

A sign that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided and clearly visible at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. CDI- A sign was put in the coffee bar area. 6-301.12; Priority Foundation; One of the handwashing sinks in the coffee bar area was not supplied with paper towels. If you do not want to add a disclosure statement then you need a description by the food stating it is served raw or undercooked. ~You will also need to remove the asterisk from the egg pie dish; chicken tawook pita; beef shawarma pita; grilled kafta pita; and snapper cakes. During pauses in FOOD preparation or dispensing; FOOD preparation and dispensing UTENSILS shall be stored with their handles above the top of the non-TCS FOOD within containers that can be closed; such as bins of dry goods.
