Relocate this device and ensure dead insects do not accumulate outside the device.

    Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-501.16(B); Priority; A case of raw shell eggs was stored in the reach-in unit near fryer with an ambient air temperature observed between 45 and 50F. Maintain raw shell eggs in refrigeration with an ambient air temperature of 45F or below. This was the only TCS food held in this unit and was placed here recently. CDI- eggs moved to other working refrigeration. Educated PIC about proper cold holding of eggs and use of this cooler for food storage. No points taken.
