Bowl should not be used for rice; recommend a utensil with handle. Knife removed and taken to three compartment sink during inspection.

Chart provided during inspection with emphasis explained to store raw chicken on bottom. Items rearranged during inspection. Only storage violation in walk-in cooler and freezer; eggs and raw items in reach-in cooler on bottom shelves of these reach-in coolers. Continue working to keep raw chicken on the bottom and ready-to eat items above in walk-in cooler and freezer.
