Both of these areas have clear separation in their locations. Handwashing sinks shall be located to allow convenient use by employees in food preparation; food dispensing; and warewashing areas. EHS understands this is an older building and that plumbing may be challenging to install. In lieu of installing these handsinks; provide a written SOP for handwashing in these areas that are specific to their operation. EHS provided examples of an SOP at the end of the inspection. EHS will verify written SOP by 10/13/25. Please note: if handwashing violations continue at subsequent inspections; additional hand sinks will be required.

PIC stated that repairs to the flooring has been approved for the summer once school is closed. Please have these items repaired.
