    Nota del inspector (en inglés): 4-501.114; Priority; No detectable sanitizer used in the ware washing sink. Clorox Clean Up is being used as a sanitizer; but it is a disinfectant; not appropriate for food contact surfaces. Use simple chlorine for sanitizing. We discussed appropriate bleaches: have instructions for use in the kitchen on food contact surfaces; list ingredients (i.e. hypochlorite concentration) and have an EPA registration number. Use test strips to verify presence of sanitizer. Sink was drained for preparation with approved chlorine solution. ; 4-602.11; Core; Ice Machine has black growth on the right side. Increased cleaning is needed. The ice machine does not appear to be restaurant quality equipment which makes the design difficult to clean. Flaps were removed during today's inspection and taken to the ware washing sink. Assure the ice machine is maintained clean.
