No cold water was available at one food prep sink and no hot water was available at another food prep sink in main kitchen area...Food service equipment shall be kept in good repair; and equipment doors and seals shall be kept intact and tight...Replace damaged shelves and gaskets with similar approved equipment. Ensure door gaskets seal well when doors are closed to prevent air leaks (and keep ice from forming). Replace damaged/rusty can opener with an approved ANSI/NSF can opener. Provide hot and cold running water at food prep sinks.
