Two (2) containers of cooked pasta were respectively 45F and 51F. -Corrected During Inspection (CDI): Person in Charge (PIC) stated that pasta containers were placed in cold hold unit less than 45min in cold hold unit and it was taken from the reach-in cooler. Cooked pasta containers in cold hold unit was placed back in reach-in cooler to cool down back to 41F or below and containers that was in reach-in cooler placed in cold hold unit.
