Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf.CDI: Placed in dish washing area for rewashing. 4-501.114; Priority; The sanitizer at the dish machine was 0ppm.- Sanitizer used in a mechanical dish machine shall be at the proper concentration.
