Several potentially hazardous foods in the walk-in cooler were at 46-47F and milk containers were at 50F. Heavy cream was found being held outside of refrigeration and was at 66F. This cream was not being used and was not attended to. Potentially hazardous foods being held cold shall remain at 41F or below. CDI- Door to the walk-in cooler was closed and the ambient air temperature dropped to 40F. The food temperature issue was likely due to the walk-in cooler being open so the EHS allowed the majority of the food to stay in the cooler to cool down. Owner called emergency service to adjust the cooler so it can maintain at a proper temperature even when the door is being opened often. EHS returning on 11/22 to ensure all food is holding at 41F in the cooler. Milk containers at 50F were voluntarily discarded by PIC. Cream held at room temperature was placed in refrigeration to cool before a 4 hour period elapsed.
