Thus; the columns will be as follows: Temp; Time Prepared; Time Removed from Temperature Control; and Time Disposed. If time without temperature control is used as the public health control up to a maximum of 4 hours: The food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.     Nota del inspector (en inglés): 2-501.11; Priority Foundation; The bodily fluid cleanup procedures were unable to be located during the inspection. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting/diarrheal events that involve the discharge or vomitus/fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. CDI - REHS provided outline for cleaning up bodily fluids.
