Reemphasized to the person in charge (PIC) that the temperature of the wash water could interfere with the effectiveness of the chlorine concentration.

Food contact equipment and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. CDI- Food employee immediately moved the cutting board to dish to be cleaned and sanitized. 4-602.11; Priority Foundation; observed soiled spatulas and stickers on stacked food storage containers stored clean. CDI- PIC returned items to be cleaned and sanitized. 4-602.11; Core; Ice machine with pink microbial film buildup along ice baffle; side walls; and on the internal portion of the ice shoot where ice falls into bin. Ice also noted up to the baffle plate where pink/black debris was dripping near top of ice. Clean EQUIPMENT such as ice bins and BEVERAGE dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of EQUIPMENT such as ice makers at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Increase cleaning frequency to these items and clean thoroughly. [REPEAT]
