- Hallazgo Problemas de origen, fechas o etiquetas de los alimentos
Los alimentos venían de una fuente no aprobada, les faltaban fechas o etiquetas obligatorias, o ya habían pasado su fecha límite de uso. Saber de dónde vienen los alimentos y qué tan viejos son ayuda a prevenir enfermedades.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-203.12; Priority Foundation; Observed one tag without a date recorded for the last oyster sold. Observed tags not stored in order according to the last oyster sold. Shellstock tags or labels shall remain attached to the container in which the Shellstock are received until the container is empty. Pf (B) The date when the last Shellstock from the container is sold or served shall be recorded on the tag or label. Pf (C) The identity of the source of Shellstock that are sold or served shall be maintained by retaining Shellstock tags or labels for 90 calendar days from the date that is recorded on the tag or label- manager agreed to organize tags by the sell by date. - Hallazgo Problemas de limpieza o desinfección

Los alimentos no se mantenían lo suficientemente fríos o calientes, no se enfriaban con la rapidez necesaria, o no se cocinaban o recalentaban a la temperatura correcta. Las bacterias crecen rápido en la "zona de peligro" entre 41 °F y 135 °F (5 °C a 57 °C), por lo que esta es una de las revisiones de seguridad alimentaria más importantes.

However; these items do not contain any raw or undercooked animal foods. A consumer advisory only pertains to items served raw or containing raw or undercooked animal foods. Disclosure shall include: (1) A description of the animal-derived foods; such as oysters on the half shell (raw oysters raw-egg Caesar salad; and hamburgers (can be cooked to order); or (2) Identification of the animal-derived foods by asterisking them to a footnote that states that the items are served raw or undercooked; or contain (or may contain) raw or undercooked ingredients. (3) Consuming raw or undercooked meats; poultry; seafood; shellfish; or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness; especially if you have certain medical conditions.
