Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-501.17 Ready-To-Eat Time / Temperature Control for Safety Food; Date Marking (Pf) Several cartons of liquid eggs and coffee creamer were open and not date marked. Ready to eat foods that require temperature must be dated once opened to control the growth of Listeria. The product can only be kept for up to 7 days. CDI- Products were properly dated.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Consumer advisory provided for raw/ undercooked foods

Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-603.11(B) - Pf Consumer Advisory DISCLOSURE shall include: The breakfast menus are missing the words; "This item may be served raw or under cooked". The consumer advisory must have this wording at the beginning of the statement. The rest of the advisory was worded correctly. VR- The inspector will check back in 10 days to see how you plan to correct the menus. Then if necessary; another 30 days can be given to correct the wording on the menus.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-304.12 In-Use Utensils; Between-Use Storage- Cooking utensils near the stove in the main kitchen; were stored in water at room temperature.
