- Hallazgo Problemas con el lavado de manos
El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual; disposable towels. FOOD shall be protected from contamination by storing the FOOD: at least 6 inches above the floor. Keep non food contact surfaces of equipment clean to avoid build up of dust; food residue or debris. Non food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned frequently to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Increase cleaning frequency.
