- Hallazgo Problemas con el lavado de manos
El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

Observation: The large shared dumpster recptacle has accumulated debris/dripping onto concrete slab where stored and strong smell from container. 5-501.116 Cleaning Receptacles (C) (B) Soiled receptacles and waste handling units for REFUSE; recyclables; and returnables shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent them from developing a buildup of soil or becoming attractants for insects and rodents.
