Discussed the matter with the person in charge (PIC) 4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Chlorine sanitizer concentration shall be within 50-200ppm. - Observed 1 sani-bucket with a concentration of less than 50ppm. CDI - the sanitizer remixed to 100 ppm.

PIC stated it was an error from the date sticker machine. The product involved was unpacked and prepped yesterday. CDI - the date machine resets and prints the correct date mark.
