CDI - The raw shell eggs were moved to the front of the cooler.

A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100F through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Adjust water heater to dispense hot water above 100F. ; 5-205.11; Priority Foundation; Water was turned off at the start of the inspection leaving the handwashing sink inaccessible for use. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. CDI- Water was turned on during the inspection. ; 6-301.12; Priority Foundation; Paper towels were not provided at the handwashing sink- the dispenser was empty. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual; disposable towels. CDI- Paper towels were restocked.
