Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.

Poisonous/toxic materials shall be: used according to law and the NC Food Code; and used according to manufacturer's use directions included in labeling (minimum of 200ppm not to exceed 400ppm). Los platos, equipos o superficies que tocan los alimentos no se lavaban, enjuagaban y desinfectaban correctamente, o el desinfectante no tenía la concentración adecuada. Las superficies limpias ayudan a evitar que los gérmenes lleguen a la comida.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): 5-402.14; Priority foundation; Currently the vehicle used to move the food truck is not working; therefore the food truck has no way to dispose of wastewater at their commissary. Sewage and other liquid wastes shall be removed from a mobile food establishment at an approved waste servicing area or by a sewage transport vehicle in such a way that a public health hazard or nuisance is not created. Repair vehicle to allow for food truck to move and allow for disposal of wastes properly at commissary. if truck cannot be repaired in time; contact municipality for alternative wastewater disposal options.
