The wood mortar surface was also cracked. - Observed walk-in cooler shelf with heavy rust. - Observed a non-ANSI-NSF-certified cooler being used to store and display in-house prepared food (sweet beans) at the grab-and-go section. Also found 2 household-use equipment items (blenders). Discussed the matter with PIC. Repeat.

The operation also stored a pile of cardboard and glass bottles and a pile of trash bags on the ground near the outdoor walk-in cooler due to the dumpster overflow; which should be removed periodically.
