Eggs and tomato were at 45F in a prep top cooler. Pasta directly beside the door of the walk in cooler was at 43F. Potentially hazardous foods being held cold shall remain at 41F or below. CDI- Food was taken to new closed refrigeration to cool before a 4 hour period elapsed. Pasta was moved to the back section of the walk-in cooler.
