Chlorine residual of at least 25 - 50ppm is needed to sanitize dishes and equipment. CDI- tray of equipment that had been run through the machine was placed in the third compartment of the sink for sanitizing. Use the sink to sanitize equipment and dishes until machine is fixed and use testing paper to measure concentration of sanitizer daily.
