Repeat. - Observed main ice machine with brown stain on the ice bin ceiling 4-501.114(C) A quaternary ammonium sanitizer shall have a minimum temperature of 75F and a concentration indicated by the manufacturer's directions. P Quat sanitizer concentration shall be within 150-400ppm. - Observed 1 sani-bucket with Quat sanitizer concentration lower than 150 ppm. Corrected during inspection (CDI) - the sani-bucket was refilled with 200 ppm Quat sanitizer. 4-601.11(A) EQUIPMENT FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES and UTENSILS shall be clean to sight and touch. Maintain quat sanitizer at least 200-400ppm. CDI- Sanitizer manually adjusted and retested during inspection. PIC contacted chemical service provider to come adjust the dispenser.
