    Nota del inspector (en inglés): 2-501.11; Priority Foundation; Establishment was not able to locate written procedures for the clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events. PIC stated that the custodian is called to clean up those incidents. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees; consumers; food; and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. CDI - Provided education and a template plan to be implemented. Digital template was given via email.

    Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-307.11; Core; The bottom of the chips tray had nacho cheese splash on it; although there was a gap between it and the nacho cheese. Food shall be protected from all sources of contamination. CDI- A half -lid was put on top of the cheese so that the container of chips could sit on top of it.

Single Service and Single Use items shall be kept in the original protective package or stored using other means that protect the item until used. The trays were inverted. Ensure all the handles of the single service forks are in the same direction.
