The utility fan on the countertop has some dust accumulation present. The inside of the microwave has food debris present. The shelving in the reach-in cooler has residue accumulation. The shelving holding the clean dishes has some dust accumulation present. Clean the storage shelves. Equipment must be maintained free of dust; dirt; food residue and other debris.
